Pre-order items are crafted exclusively for you and require a little more time. Please check the Shipping tab on the product page for estimated timelines. Most pre-orders ship within 8–10 weeks once production is complete.

What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges only if:
- The item is faulty (manufacturing defect, wrong item sent, or damage during shipping).
- You need a size exchange for eligible products (e.g., biker jackets).
Returns/Exchanges must be:
- Requested within 7-14 days of receiving your order.
- Unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
- Shipped back to us using the provided return label.

- All final sale items and pre-orders are non-refundable, except for faulty products.
