REFUND POLICY

At BryLamar, we want you to shop with confidence. While all sales are final except for specific cases, we do offer refunds and exchanges under the conditions outlined below.

 


 

Returns & Refunds (Faulty Items Only)

We only accept returns and refunds if:

• The item has a manufacturing defect

• The wrong item was sent

• The item was damaged during shipping

How to Request a Refund:

  1. Contact us at contact@brylamar.com within 7-14 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide clear photos/videos of the issue for initial review.

  3. If approved, we will provide a prepaid return label to send the item back to us.

  4. Once received and inspected, you can choose:

    • A replacement (if available)

    • A full refund to your original payment method

Refund Processing Time:

• Refunds will be issued within 48 hours of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

 


 

Exchanges (Size Issues Only)

We allow size exchanges for eligible products, such as biker jackets. The Carlatta Bag is not eligible for size exchanges as it is one size.

Exchange Requirements:

• The item must be unused, in original packaging, with tags attached.

• Customers can exchange for either:

• The same product in a different size

• Store credit to use on future purchases

Who Covers Shipping?

• If we made a mistake (wrong size sent, faulty product): We cover shipping.

• If you want a different size: You cover return shipping; we cover the cost of the replacement shipment.

• We will provide a prepaid return label for all approved exchanges.

Exchange requests must be made within 7-14 days of receiving your order.

 


 

Final Sale & Pre-Orders

• Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases of product defects.

• Pre-orders are final sale and cannot be canceled once placed.

• If a pre-ordered item arrives faulty, we will issue a replacement or refund.

 


 

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Email contact@brylamar.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.

  2. If approved, we will provide a prepaid return label (for eligible cases).

  3. Ship the item back within 7-14 days of receiving your order.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange within 48 hours.
