At BryLamar, we are committed to providing fast and reliable shipping for all orders. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand our processing times, shipping options, and responsibilities.
Processing & Shipping Times
In-Stock Items (Ready to Ship)
• Orders are packed and shipped within 5–7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
• Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Pre-Order Items
• Pre-orders require up to 10 weeks of processing time, as each item is crafted exclusively for you.
• The estimated shipping timeframe is listed on the “Shipping” tab of each product page.
• Customers will receive production updates via email.
Estimated Delivery Times
U.S. Orders
• Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days after shipment.
International Orders
• Standard International Shipping: 7–14 business days (varies by destination).
• Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees required by their country.
Order Tracking
• A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has shipped.
• Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
• BryLamar is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.
• We strongly recommend adding package protection at checkout for added security.
• If your package is marked as delivered but has not been received, please contact your local carrier first for assistance.
Shipping Address & Order Changes
• Orders cannot be modified or canceled after purchase unless requested before shipment.
